The space
A perfect get-away to the country! The Cottage offers two spacious bedrooms each with queen sized beds, an ear-in kitchen complete with Range, full-sized fridge, toaster oven, microwave and fully-stocked cabinets with dishes, pans and other goodies.

The living room offers an open space with comfy sofa and recliner - each ideal for a mid-day nap. Amazon Fire TVs in the living and each bedroom. The sunroom includes a full laundry and bench ideal for sitting and reading by the back of windows.
Guest access
Front yard and back yard are your private spaces, while the remaining areas inside the fence are mostly common areas including the fields, woods and fully stocked pond. These are shared with guests staying at The Loft.

The fire pit and grill are the only area exclusively set for other guests who are at The Loft.
Additional notes
One of our neighbors, Benton Sporting Clays, has an outdoor shooting range a couple blocks from Howard’s Pond. You may hear their patrons enjoying their sport during regular business hours. If you’d like to test your skills with a shot gun it’s a wonderful, professional shooting club literally around the corner at 5244 Upper River Road. bentonsportingclays on the internet for more info.
Guest interaction
Hosts usually check in prior to arrival, but leave guests alone unless needed. You may see one of us mowing or tending to the grounds - but we’ll generally leave you alone unless you’d like to chat!
