A new tiny house on seven private acres with a stocked pond perfect for fishing! If you’re a true outdoorsy person, the water is spring fed from the same aquifer as Crystal Geyser! Hop in!

Sit by the fire pit and roast marshmallows! Have a picnic by the pond after hiking in the Cherokee National Forest or rafting on the Ocoee River! For nightlife there’s nothing better than seeing a band at The Bus Bar!

For gun enthusiasts there is a shooting range right up the road.

House Rules

There is a white house on the property - the residents are not involved with the tiny house. Please do not disturb them.

Please put used linens and towels in the white basket and your trash in the black container next to the picnic table when you’re ready to leave.

Please no smoking, vaping of tobacco or any other substance inside the home.

Dogs under 20 lbs. No cats please.

The space
Huge experience in a tiny package! Two sleeping areas - The Loft (queen sized) and a convertible couch (full sized). All new as of October 2022 - the 14” ceilings make everything feel open and airy.

Gas range, full-sized refrigerator, pantry, and a perfectly-proportioned 55” tv round out the great living area/kitchen area. Private bathroom with shower, lavatory and an extra sink with lots of shelves make up the bathroom!

It’s a great little house with plenty of outside hangout spots including two picnic areas, charcoal grill by the fire pit and of course the front porch!
Guest access
Wander as you will! There are woods, an open field, two picnic tables, a 2-person swing overlooking a pond with an awesome old dock for sitting and fishing!

The fellow in the little white house at the front of the property is nice, but keeps to himself.
Additional notes
For such a small town - Benton has some awesome dining and nightlife. The rafting services have some great seasonal spots to listen to local and regional bands. Our favorite outdoor dining/music spot is The Bus Bar in Ocoee - about 10 minutes away.

Two of our favorite restaurants in town are the Ocoee Dam Deli (it’s NOT just a deli) and Cajun Lady in Old Fort. It’s a seafood lovers paradise with everything with a Cajun twist.
Guest interaction
We leave ya alone - but the managers (my parents) live only 3-4 miles away, so if anything comes up you’re encouraged to reach out and we’ll fix whatever we can!

We keep the field mowed and the common areas maintained. You might see one of us riding the mower or tractor. Feel free to say hi if you see us!
Neighborhood overview
We're located in the Benton Station community - approximately 10 minutes from the Ocoee River and the Cherokee National forest. We are 25 minutes from Cleveland, TN and about 45 minutes from Chattanooga.
Getting around
We have a gravel parking lot for 2-3 cars (depending on how you park) with a security light in case you arrive after dark. We leave the gate open for you when you arrive, but if you feel safer with it closed you’re welcome to do that.

It’s all country roads around you, not a lot of traffic, so you’re welcome to bring bikes and wander the community as you wish!
